In order to successfully market and let your property our lettings team will arrange to visit you at the place you wish to let be it your home or investment, furnished or unfurnished.

Details of the property will be noted and we will ask you a range of questions about what it is like living in a particular building and ask for an appreciation of any difficulties you may have experienced in letting in the past to help us ensure a smooth future.

If this is the first property you have let then we will be happy to discuss with you any ideas, thoughts or concerns you may have. At Triple 4 Group we believe that in order to market your property well we should be able to answer the questions a tenant may ask as quite often properties and areas are described to prospective tenants over the telephone and a viewing arranged without a photograph being seen.

We will feature property details in our lettings lists, our website, advertising and through telephone marketing.

All we ask is that you make your property as available as possible for us to show prospective tenants as viewings can be at short notice, so please inform us at an early stage if you have any particular times of day for which viewings would not be suitable.
